About
Elizabeth is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner originally from Marlboro, New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Bio-Behavioral Health from the Pennsylvania State University and pursued her Nurse Practitioner degree from Radford University, graduating as the youngest in her program.
Prior to working at Precision Orthopedics, Elizabeth worked as a Registered Nurse in a level one trauma emergency room at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia. While working in the emergency room, Elizabeth developed her passion for orthopedics. In her role, Elizabeth collaborates mostly with Dr. Yu across multiple offices, including Laurel, Waldorf, and La Plata, as well as the Ambulatory Surgical Center in La Plata, Maryland.
Elizabeth is passionate about ensuring the highest quality of care for her patients and is deeply invested in her patients’ well-being. Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth is an avid skier and loves watching college football. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, step-kids, and her dog, Leo.
