About

Dr. Olga Gonzalez is a foot and ankle surgeon specializing in deformity reconstruction, trauma including fracture care, sports-related injuries, and complex lower extremity limb salvage related to diabetes. Dr. Gonzalez believes in treating patients with care and compassion while providing them with the most advanced in both surgical and non-surgical techniques.

She completed residency training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, a level I trauma center, and served as chief resident. She then began practicing in Philadelphia for five years as well as surgically training residents in three different residency programs prior to moving into the Maryland area. She completed medical school at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and her undergraduate studies at California University of Pennsylvania where she played for the Tennis team as well as served as team captain. Doctor Gonzalez has published multiple papers on lower extremity trauma.

A native of Colombia, Dr. Gonzalez is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, being active, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
