About
Dr. Grace Shodiya, a licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, focusing on musculoskeletal pain and injuries. She graduated from the University of Maryland – Eastern Shore with a major in Kinesiology and earned her Doctorate at the University of Maryland – Baltimore.
Prior to working at Precision Orthopedics, Grace worked providing physical therapy to a broad population of patients in the Southern Maryland region. During this time, Dr. Shodiya acquired a certification in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and specialized in Kinesiotaping. She also developed an interest in vestibular therapy and worked with patients with balance and dizziness disorders.
With extensive experience in manual therapy and sports medicine, Dr. Grace Shodiya is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal function and pain relief through personalized treatment plans that incorporate exercise therapy and patient education. In her spare time, Dr. Shodiya enjoys reading extensive novels, spending time outdoors, and watching dramas.
