No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations arise. However, as a courtesy to other patients, we ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment or need to reschedule.
A $40 no-show fee will be charged to patients who miss their appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice. This fee is not covered by insurance and will be billed directly to the patient.
